The problem: scattered trials, gains nobody measures.
Map the tasks, spot the most tedious ones and hand them to the right lever: assistant, agent or product feature.
- A space per team
- Priorities by score
- Time given back, measured
European SMEs of 10 to 300 people
Each team spots its tedious tasks, hands them to the right tool and sees the time saved. AI Act compliance gets documented along the way.

The starting point
Adoption at the centre, training at the right time, compliance as a result.
The problem: scattered trials, gains nobody measures.
Map the tasks, spot the most tedious ones and hand them to the right lever: assistant, agent or product feature.
The problem: training and usage rules written down nowhere.
Short learning paths per role, quizzes and progress tracking, all recorded in the register of measures.
The problem: shadow AI, with personal accounts and customer data in public chatbots.
Approved tools, their owner and their data get listed as adoption goes. The framework is documented without a separate project.

The register records organisational measures and their context. BoardAct issues neither certificates nor individual grades, does not guarantee a gain and does not replace legal, employment or data protection advice.

The method
A shared method that does not start by picking a tool.
Each team lists its tasks and flags the most tedious ones.
Task flagged: writing quotesA frequency × duration × volume score sets the priorities, then each one gets its lever.
Pilot · 4 weeksThe right module at the right time, recorded in the register.
sales reps trainedTime given back per team and per objective.
per week for the teamFictional example: the same task, from one step to the next.
And sometimes none: a rare or sensitive task stays human.
Try it on one of your tasks: the highest scores go first.
Who it’s for

FAQ

Each task gets a time estimate up front, then an observed time once the lever is in place. Results are consolidated per team and per objective.
Since the 2026 Digital Omnibus, Article 4 asks companies to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff. The register documents these measures and their context. It issues no certificate and does not replace legal advice.
A person who signs in: leadership, managers, AI lead, employees who flag their tasks. People only listed in the training register do not count. Beyond 10 accounts, we suggest a custom plan before anything changes.
Your choice. On your server, for free: at public release, one Docker command and under ten minutes, with no database to install; your organisation then handles the infrastructure, backups and updates. Or in our cloud, in the European Union, with off-machine backups. Either way, everything stays exportable as CSV.
None. BoardAct does not call any model: it organises your tasks, the tools you have already chosen (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Mistral, Gemini…) and the time they give back.
When self‑hosted, your data is already in your infrastructure. In the cloud, you get a full copy (SQLite database, files, CSV and JSON exports) for at least 30 days; we then delete the instance, and its backups within 37 days.
No. The code will be released under the Apache-2.0 licence and will stay under it: no later switch to a licence that would restrict business or consulting use.
French and English today. Italian and Spanish at public release, then other European languages.

This site sets no cookie and uses no tracker. Only the trial request form calls on another site: it loads the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check (challenges.cloudflare.com), which protects the form against automated submissions. This form collects your company, first and last name, work e-mail and, if you give them, the country, team size and preferred address, to create your trial space and write to you about it (and to send you product news if you tick the box for it). The privacy policy details this processing, how long the data is kept and your rights. The priority calculator runs only in your browser and sends nothing.
